Do you want to use your heat surplus efficiently and save steam? Upgrade your existing system and increase its efficiency and sustainability.

The heat recovery process – for more energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
The principle of the PILLER Industrial Heat Pump in a nutshell: The heat pump process starts with steam generation in a specially developed heat exchanger, which uses waste heat from a thermal separation process. The main component of the heat pump is a PILLER Blower System: High-performance blowers – consuming a minimum input of electrical energy – compress the steam to the required pressure level and thus reach the usable boiling temperature. With the obtained heating steam, the heat pump system either supplies the same process or other processes by feeding it into a steam network.
This extremely beneficial kind of heat recovery results in significant energy savings and a huge reduction in CO2 emissions.
