Our Product Range
Our focus is on centrifugal blowers and compressors, which belong to the turbomachinery class and are used in many applications in the process industry. Centrifugal blowers and compressors from PILLER convey and compress gases and are particularly well suited for applications with larger pressure increases. They are used, for example, in plants with Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) or in industrial heat pumps for steam recovery.
With the consistent further development of our machines in the direction of lower mass flows and greater pressure increase, we are continuously expanding the range of applications and displacing other technologies such as roots blowers and turbo compressors. We supply solutions for various industrial processes. What makes us special is our exclusive custom manufacturing: Our engineers design blowers and compressors exactly according to our customers' requirements. In this way, we lay the foundation for process optimization - improved energy efficiency, high cost savings and increased profitability are the results.
The range of services also includes a comprehensive accessories program and special designs, e.g. for potentially hazardous areas. In addition, we offer support in the pre-FEED phase as well as the preparation of feasibility studies including conceptual planning in the field of vapor compression as part of our system engineering.

VapoLine®
The VapoLine® is the PILLER product range of resource- and energy-efficient blowers and compressors for steam regeneration and Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR).
Vapor Compression Heat Pump Technology
Industrial Heat Pumps made by PILLER use waste heat from energy-intensive processes to generate new (heating) steam. The advantages of the high-temperature heat pumps are reduced energy costs, lower CO2 emissions and high cost-effectiveness.

VapoFan® 1.0
The VapoFan® 1.0 is a modular MVR complete system with vertical blower, high-speed motor and frequency converter. The blower impresses with its reliable performance in a wide working range, and is designed for low mass flows.
VapoFlex®
VapoFlex® are high-performance blowers for Mechanical Vapor Recompression - precisely matched to customer-specific requirements. They stand for highest efficiencies, maximum efficiency and cost savings.
VapoMaxX®
The VapoMaxX® is a compressor that combines the advantages of our high-performance blowers with the advanced performance of compressor technology. It’s specifically developed for steam regeneration and Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) processes.
