Senior Investment Controller (m/f/d)
What awaits you with us:
- Coordination and preparation of annual and quarterly consolidated financial statements according to HGB, including consolidation and intercompany reconciliation
- Quarterly preparation of commented Group reports and forecasts at annual level during the year
- Preparation, organization and implementation of the group's annual or multi-year budgeting, including liquidity planning
- Execution of plan/actual comparisons and variance analyses at group and individual company level as well as initiation and monitoring of control measures
- Control and management of liquidity and working capital in the subsidiaries and the entire group
- Involvement in individual country projects, such as the support of M&A processes or the establishment of new subsidiaries
- Identification and further development of operational indicators and controlling instruments for the management of the entire group
- Ensuring compliance with and dissemination of corporate policies and standards
- Business management support for the subsidiaries and competent contact for the local managing directors and finance departments
The following skills are the basis for your work:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration (university / FH), preferably with a focus on controlling / finance / accounting
- At least 2-5 years relevant professional experience in investment controlling / finance of an international mechanical engineering company
- Comprehensive knowledge of HGB accounting as well as experience in the analysis and interpretation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Good user knowledge of the consolidation program IDL.KONSIS as well as of common office applications (especially MS Excel), ideally also SAP (FI/CO)
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
- An independent way of working combined with assertiveness, communication and presentation skills
- A structured and team-oriented way of working as well as strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel internationally from time to time
