Apprenticeship as Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)
What tasks await you?
As a specialist for warehouse logistics, you are the specialist in our warehouse. You take delivery of the goods and store them accordingly. You will also be responsible for picking orders for production and will support our high-performance fan in professionally packing, loading and shipping them. During your training, you will learn how to handle various materials (e.g. forklift trucks) and tools properly. After passing the exam, you may also drive forklifts and bring the goods directly to the place where they are needed. As you can see, a specialist for warehouse logistics is a versatile profession that includes both commercial and industrial tasks.
Duration of the vocational training?
The vocational training usually lasts 3 years. In the case of exceptional performance, you can shorten your training to 2.5 years by arrangement.
Which school leaving certificate do you need?
You need a good secondary school leaving certificate.
What qualities should you have?
You are a real organizational talent and math is even one of your favourite subjects. You are interested in technical and logistical connections. You enjoy discussing and solving tasks in a team. You are physically resilient and look forward to getting to know the logistics processes at PILLER.
