The PillAerator Concept

We have designed the PillAerator according to this motto. No accessories, no extras because everything is integrated right from the beginning in the cabinet.

The advantages are obvious:
> Impeller and motor are directly connected, nevertheless the motor is gasthight and cannot be polluted be the ambient air.

> The frequency converter enables an operation between 15 and 100 %, in best case with an efficiency of 84 %.

> The magnetically beard shaft can handle numerous start-stop-processes without problems.

> Via an 8" touch screen the PillAerator is easy to operate thanks to the SPS7.

> The integrated intake filter and the sound proof cabinet limit the sound emission to max. 80 dB(A). An additional sound protection is not necessary.

> The combination of air-water and water-water cooling keeps stable temperature conditions.

> Only the air intake filter have to cleaned or exchanged depending on the degree of pollution.

> In case of power failure, the shaft will be guided by the magnetic bearing till cessation. Piller has developed a solutions which does not need additional and maintenance-intensive components like batteries or ups units. After a power failure the PillAerator is immediately ready for operation without any additional measures.
